Boating courses
Pleasure Boating CPS courses to improve your competency are offered by Lake St. Louis Squadron at discount prices this winter. Courses include: Basic boating (obtain your pleasure craft operator's certificate (PCOC) as per required by Federal law) and Marine radio - VHF as well as more advanced courses. Meals on Wheels needs volunteers
Meals on Wheels Lachine is in need of deliverers, who along with a driver, deliver meals to our seniors in Lachine. We are also in need of a couple of volunteers to help clean up after the meals are prepared in the kitchen located at Summerlea United Church, 225 - 50th Avenue, Lachine. "Beginners Computing"
"Beginners Computing"is offering workshops on how to operate a computer. These sessions are for the 50+ generation who want helpful information on computer basics and practices.
