This year the Museum invite you to discover a retro Christmas of the 1960s featuring aluminum Christmas trees.
Like the boomerang, the Formica kitchen table top and the TV dinner, these shiny Christmas trees are sure to conjure up warm, nostalgic memories of the 60s, or will simply fascinate you by their space-age qualities or campy appearance.
Regardless of the reason, the aluminum Christmas tree has managed to endure changing tastes and times.
