Monfitello opens doors to customers for food in tubes

The subsidiary Monfitello of the leading tube manufacturer Montebello Packaging has set up its facility in Lachine to produce and fill food in tubes. The company invited recently potential customers to have a look at the facility and filling machine.

The production manager Dominic Fournier gave a detailed tour of the FIT (food in tubes) plant and answered all arising questions. An actual demonstration of the filling process took place followed by tasting of the just hot filled chocolate syrup in laminate tubes, highlighting the prospective innovative packaging for food.
