A Recycling Pilot Project for Dorval Businesses

The City of Dorval, in cooperation with the organization D-Trois-Pierres, is launching a pilot project consisting in the implementation of a recycling program in certain commercial areas.

This pilot project, which begins this week, consists of providing 360-litre recycling bins to businesses that have volunteered for the project. Until now, businesses and other companies did not benefit from a recycling pick-up service by the City.

The initiative will allow the City of Dorval to make regular follow-ups with those who have chosen to receive recycling bins. All collected data will be very useful in the future, as the City considers the eventual implementation of a recycling program across the entire Dorval business territory.
