Circuit training classes are designed for all fitness levels. Classes improve the cardiovascular system, muscular strength and endurance and core strength. Classes end with stretching and a relaxation period. St. Stephen’s has a few copies left of “CANOE LADY”, a charming little novel by Dot Wilson about Frances Ann Hopkins, wife of a Hudson Bay Official. Frances persuaded her husband to allow her to travel with the Voyageurs during which times she painted her famous and unique paintings.
