Pre-registration at the Lachine Hockey Association

An amount of $65.00 per child and $35.00 per subsequent child of the same family will be payable by cheque or cash. The cheque should be made to AHL.

The next registrations will be held the last two weekends of august at the cost of $85.00 per child and $40.00 per subsequent child of the same family payable by cheque or cash. Any subsequent registration will be considered on a waiting list only.

Medicare card is mandatory at time of registration
