The fundraising is ongoing and will continue through the month of March. The money raised has been donated to various organizations such as the Red Cross, Oxfam and the Free the Children Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund.

The Lester B. Pearson School Board is continuing its efforts to raise money to support earthquake-ravaged Haiti. As of February 18th, 2010, the total amount of money raised for Haiti by schools, centres and head office of the LBPSB is $102,426.
